1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShopSync AI ("the Service"), which is owned and operated by Ovejit Das, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ShopSync AI is a comprehensive B2B SaaS platform designed to automate sales and customer engagement for F-commerce businesses. Our services include:

• AI-powered instant messaging and intent recognition (automated Banglish/Bengali replies).
• Facebook Page integration for seamless order management and message synchronization.
• Automated order processing and tracking via third-party logistics (Pathao, Steadfast, etc.).
• Inventory management and business analytics for social commerce.

3. User Obligations

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ShopSync AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Facebook & Meta Integration

To process orders and respond to messages, ShopSync AI requires integration with your Facebook account via Meta's official Graph API.

• Permissions: We request permissions including `public_profile`, `email`, `pages_show_list`, `pages_messaging`, `pages_read_engagement`, and `pages_manage_metadata` to manage your business communications.
• Data Usage: Your Page's message data is used solely to provide automated AI replies and facilitate order creation. We do not sell your customer data to third parties.
• Compliance: You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Violation of these may result in service suspension.
• Data Deletion: You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from the Dashboard. For permanent data removal instructions, visit our Data Deletion Page.

5. Pricing, Subscriptions & Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. ShopSync AI reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site and within the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of ShopSync AI or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShopSync AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
