In accordance with Facebook Platform rules, we provide this guide on how to remove ShopSync AI from your Facebook account and request the deletion of your personal data.

Remove ShopSync AI via Facebook

To stop ShopSync AI from accessing your Facebook Page data, you can remove the app directly from your Facebook account:

  • Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  • Look for Apps and Websites in the left sidebar.
  • Find ShopSync AI in the list.
  • Click Remove and confirm your choice.

Request Data Deletion

If you want us to manually delete all data associated with your store (including customers, orders, and conversation logs) from our servers, please send an email to our support team.

* We usually process data deletion requests within 24-48 business hours. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
